Refund policy

Returns
We have an extremely limited online return/exchange policy of 21 days from the date of purchase on select items. All reading material is exempt from returns unless physical damage came to it during shipping, or the item is defective, such as pages printed out of order. A claim of damage can not be made on Funko Pops, action figures, statues, or similar for paint variations, paint smudges, paint over spray, and/or minor box wear. These are known common defects on these products and will not be considered as damage, and void your eligibility for returns/exchanges. Any item that we shipped you in error is always eligible for return at our expense.

To be eligible to return a returnable item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items that arrived damaged the original packing materials must be saved (outer carton boxes) and pictures may be required to prove proof of damage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes but is not limited to comic books, final sale comic books, collectible comic books, CGC graded comic books, CBCS graded comic books, back issue comic books, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, children's books, gaming books, gaming modules, role playing games, and dice sets.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Digital purchases, downloads
    - Gift cards

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@comic-central.com and send your item to: Comic Central Inc, 1425 WP Ball Boulevard, Sanford FL 32771, United States.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if we paid return shipping.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item back to us at your expense, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed we do not allow any order changes or cancellations to the products. If you have made an honest mistake and contact us within 30 minutes of the order being placed we can potentially change the item for another in stock item. We will not issue you a refund for any amount that results in the total being less than what you originally spent. If an item in an order needs to be changed you will have to match or exceed the original product total, and pay any difference in price. In the rare instance that we will allow an order cancellation the total amount of the order will be subject to a 3% restocking fee to cover our costs in processing the original payment that are non-refundable to us. No fee would be charge if we were out of stock on an item or we made the error.
